The Cine-Mod® brings modern cinema features to the already versatile Zeiss Classic ZF.2 line. Includes modifications detailed below as well as professional installation by our skilled lens technicians.
Focus Gear: A seamless 32-pitch focus gear, CNC machined from solid black delrin and tailored to each lens individually for a secure, professional finish.
Front Ring: An 80mm front outside diameter with 77mm filter threads - Our most popular classic front ring, machined from billet aluminum and anodized black for a low-reflection finish. (15mm f/2.8 does not accept 80mm Front Ring)
De-click: Professional modification of aperture movement to eliminate click-stops and dampen the movement using high-grade cinema lens grease for a seamless, fluid movement similar to a professional cinema lens.
